Not a personal loan quote
The rates shown are national market indexes, averages of completed rate locks, official weekly averages, or market context. They are not offers to lend. A personal quote can vary with credit score, down payment, loan amount, property, location, lock period, points, fees, and lender pricing.
Data may be delayed or revised
The site keeps the source and observation date with each number, but public sources can be delayed, revised, paused, or temporarily unavailable. A page check time is not the same as an observation date. If this site differs from an original publisher, the original publisher's official record controls.
Calculators are estimates
